Qualified Social Care Nurses

In addition to high-quality social care staff, we also run specialised UK-led training for fully qualified Nurses in India to transfer their skills and qualifications, to enable them to qualify and work as OSCE certified Nurses in the UK social care and healthcare sector.

The OSCE tests a nurse's clinical competence and ability to adapt to UK healthcare standards and many Indian nurses find this step challenging, as it requires understanding UK-specific practices and protocols.  So, along with our partners, Ed2Careers and Artemis Hospitals in Delhi, we provide dedicated courses providing expert guidance and preparation to help selected candidates prepare for and pass the OSCE and embark on rewarding careers in the UK.   Then, once they qualify we can place them with high quality Care Home Group and healthcare employers across the UK.
The challenges we address in our dedicated training program include:
Hence, our end-to-end OSCE training program has been meticulously designed to empower nurses with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed.
